Conference venue and expenses 
The conference takes place at Scandic Solli, from the morning on Wednesday 22nd January until the afternoon Thursday 23rd January.

Scandic Solli is located close to Nationaltheateret train station, centrally in Oslo. Trains run frequently from Oslo Airport Gardermoen to Nationaltheateret, both the airport express train (Flytoget) and local trains. Train tickets can be bought at ticket machines at the airport (and/or other train stations), or through the Norwegian ticket app "Ruter". Once you arrive at Nationaltheateret train station, take the exit towards "Henrik Ibsens gate". After a little walk inside the train station, it is about 2 minutes to walk to the hotel once you're outside (take a left turn and walk down Cort Adelers gate). 

Participants are, unless otherwise agreed with the project organiseres, required to cover the expenses of hotel accommodation and travel to and from the conference. More information is available here.
